I tested this and works fine, If you want to test it - Process with below steps....


Step 01:

Go to OnlineConvert Website: http://archive.online-convert.com/convert-to-zip

Step 02:

Then you can see upload form like below picture



Upload your password protected WinRAR file to it

Step 03:

Wait some seconds and You will redirect to new page, there is message like this



Step 04:

Click on download link and Download your new RAR file
